Revit Outsourced is the dedicated BIM and Revit production arm of Server Space Solutions Pty Ltd - a Melbourne technology company operating across Australian ecommerce and construction tech since 2012.

Lead drafter

Our drafting work is led by a Melbourne-based BIM specialist with an Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology (Civil Engineering Design) from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Chiang Mai University.

Day-to-day she works in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. The discipline mix matters here - an architect's eye for space and presentation, combined with civil engineering technical drafting training, means our deliverables read clearly to both your design team and your engineers.

Prior project experience includes warehouse retail fit-out drafting for Tennis Warehouse Australia (Heidelberg VIC), freelance building design for Mage Australia covering container houses, garage structures, and sandwich panel projects, and 2D-to-Revit conversion work for residential renovation projects through Modarch (Pty Ltd).

What we do

We provide Revit and BIM production capacity to Australian construction firms, architects, and engineering consultancies - modelling, coordination, family creation, construction documentation, rendering, and as-built BIM. Deliverables come in native Revit (.rvt), IFC, DWG, and PDF, ready for your team to pick up and run with.

What we don't do

We are not a licensed engineering consultancy. Engineering certification, structural sign-off, and regulatory approvals remain the responsibility of our clients' licensed engineers and registered building practitioners. We provide BIM models and drawings; you certify and sign.
