How we work
You send us drawings - any format, any era. We model the existing conditions in Revit at the LOD you specify (typically LOD 200 for documentation, LOD 300 for renovation design). We flag inconsistencies between source drawings and propose how to handle them. You get a clean Revit model and federated PDF set ready for the next phase.
Accuracy notes
Conversions from imprecise sources (hand-drawn, badly scanned, old DWGs without proper scale) carry inherent uncertainty. We document assumptions and gap areas explicitly. Where on-site verification is needed, we’ll tell you up-front rather than guess.
