Brief
A call or email to scope your project. We discuss the BIM brief - LOD target, Revit version, central file workflow, deliverable formats, and any AU Standards requirements.
Quote
Fixed-price or hourly engagement, depending on project scope. You get a written quote within one business day, with clear deliverables, milestones, and timeline.
Model
We model on schedule. Progress check-ins at key milestones. Native Revit central file (.rvt), IFC export, sheet PDFs - delivered through your preferred sharing platform.
Revisions
Standard scope includes two revision rounds. Additional rounds available; we agree on pricing before work begins. Revisions tracked via Revit native revision schedule.

Turnaround
Standard delivery 5–14 business days depending on LOD and scope. Rush work available with notice.
File formats
Native Revit (.rvt), IFC, Navisworks (.nwc/.nwd), DWG, PDF, RFA family files, BCF for clash issues. Compatible with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows.
Standards
Models conform to relevant AS/NZS standards. Your registered engineer retains certification responsibility; we deliver BIM, not sign-off.
Confidentiality
NDAs accommodated by default. We don't publish or reuse client work without written permission. RMIT academic portfolio is shown publicly with the university's consent.
