What we model
Architectural shell, internal layouts, structural columns, beams, slabs, footings, reinforcement, mechanical systems, hydraulic services, electrical layouts - all in coordinated Revit central files structured to your existing standards or ours.
Level of Detail (LOD)
We work to the LOD your project demands. LOD 200 for early design coordination. LOD 300 for typical construction documentation. LOD 350 where assemblies and connections need explicit representation. LOD 400 for fabrication-ready models. Each deliverable is scoped explicitly in the quote, not assumed.
Standards we work to
Models conform to Australian Standards relevant to the discipline - AS/NZS 1100 series for technical drawing, AS 3600 concrete, AS 4100 steel, AS 1170 loads (as drafting reference, not engineering certification). Your registered engineer retains responsibility for design and sign-off.
Native deliverables
Revit central file (.rvt), IFC export for federation, sheet PDFs, schedules in Excel or native. We work in your preferred Revit version (typically 2023 through 2026) or advise on a sensible target if you’re unsure.
