About the project
A commercial fit-out project for Tennis Warehouse Australia’s Heidelberg facility, combining retail floor, an indoor tennis court for product testing, offices, workshop, and storage in one integrated building.
What we delivered
- Modern retail and warehouse layout optimised for both storage flow and customer experience
- Detailed 2D technical drawings - ground floor plan and overall layout plan
- 3D visualisations supporting client presentations and design iteration
- Elevation drawings showing facade and entry treatment
- Material and finish selection input for sustainability and cost-effectiveness
- Refinements to entrance design and store circulation for accessibility
Building composition
The plan integrates several distinct functional zones - a full-sized indoor tennis court for product testing, a customer-facing retail floor with display areas and offices, a workshop and stringing area, staff recreation, storage, lunch room, and a delivery dock. Highlight glazing details and sawtooth roof articulation feature in the elevations and sections.
Software
The project ran across Revit (BIM model and documentation), AutoCAD (layout drafting), and SketchUp (3D visualisation pipeline). The mixed-software workflow is typical of commercial fit-outs where speed of iteration matters as much as documentation rigour.
